How we work

No surprises.
Here is exactly what happens.

Most firms show you the first call and go quiet about the rest. We show you all of it, including the part where we stay.

Walk through it
Discovery

We talk.

You tell us how your business actually runs. Not how it should run. Where the work comes in, who touches it, where it gets stuck, what keeps you up. We ask a lot of questions.

What you do

Talk. No preparation, no technical knowledge. If you can explain your business to a new employee, you can do this.

Book step one
Diagnosis, complimentary

You get a written audit.

We map how your business runs today, find where time, money and leads are leaking, and write it down in plain language. It arrives within three working days of having what we need from you.

What you do

Send us what we ask for. Sometimes that is a sample spreadsheet, a screenshot of a tool, or a short follow-up call. The faster it arrives, the faster the audit does.

The audit is yours to keep, whether you work with us or not.

You decide

You get a written proposal.

What we would build, in what order, how long it takes and what it costs. All in writing, before a single line of code.

What you do

Read it, question it, push back. Nothing starts until you say yes.

Together

We build it.

Around the tools you already use, wherever that makes sense. If your team lives in email and a spreadsheet, we start there. You see working pieces as they are ready, not one big reveal at the end.

What you do

Try what we build and tell us what feels wrong. Your team uses it, and we change it.

Until it works

We stay until it works.

A system that sits unused is a failed system, however good it looks. So we stay through the weeks where your team learns it, the old habits creep back, and the edge cases show up. We are done when the new way is the only way your business runs.

What you do

Use it. Tell us when it gets in the way.

You can stop at any of the first three.

Nothing is built until you have read a written proposal and said yes. Until then, every step leaves you with something useful.

  1. After step 1

You have said out loud how your business really runs. Most owners never do.

  2. After step 2

You keep a written audit of where the business is leaking.

  3. After step 3

You know exactly what fixing it would take, what it costs and in what order.

Questions people ask.

Anything else, ask us on the call.

Do I need to understand technology?

No. You explain your business. We do the technical thinking.

Is this for a business our size?

Yes, if your work runs on people remembering. We have built for a single practitioner working alone, owner-led businesses, and teams inside larger companies. With a larger company we usually start with one team and work inside your existing tools and IT rules.

We already pay for a lot of tools. Do we have to replace them?

Usually not. We connect what is worth keeping and only replace what is getting in the way.

What does "audit" mean here?

A look at how your business runs: how work comes in, moves and gets stuck. Not your accounts, not your taxes.

What if the audit says we do not need you?

Then it says that. Some problems are fixed with a process change, not a build. You still keep the audit.

How much does it cost?

It depends on what the audit finds, so we never price before we understand the problem. The proposal gives you a clear, written number before any work starts.

Who owns what you build?

You do, from day one. We work under NDA as standard, and your data is used for your work and nothing else.

Who will I be working with?

The same people from the first call to the last day. The people who audit are the people who build.

You are based in India. Can you work with a business in another country?

Yes. We work from India and the USA, already build for clients in the United States, and work with businesses globally. Calls are booked in your time zone.

It starts with a conversation.

Book a call

We start with a conversation about how your business runs. A written audit follows within three working days of having what we need from you.
