You are probably not the first.

Real businesses we have worked with or built for. Names and anything that could identify them are left out. What is left is the part that matters. Scroll through each case to watch the before turn into what we built.

Case 01Economic development · Regional team · United States

The team running a region from a thousand emails.

What we built

A Monday queue that ranks every company by what needs doing next. Every email, visit and note filed against the right company, with a brief before each visit. A talent pipeline that follows every candidate from referral to placement, with schools and employers working in it directly. An assistant that answers from everything the team knows. Their CRM stayed, connected underneath.

Before

Every Monday started the same way: a thousand emails, a CRM, a stack of spreadsheets, and questions nobody could answer fast. Which company needs us this week? Which candidate did we refer, and did they get the job?

What we found

The team knew a great deal. Almost none of it was written down anywhere the next person could find it.

What is different now

What the team knows is in the system, not just in the team. The board numbers come straight from it, and it is now what they show partners.

…my initial idea was so much smaller than what you have created. It’s so much bigger, and there’s so much more potential.

Case 02Commercial property · Owner-run · United States

The property owner with three inboxes and a folder of PDFs.

What we built

An assistant the owner talks to in plain words. Send it a photo of a receipt or a lease and it reads it, files it and remembers which page every answer came from. It works out the shared running costs tenants owe back, tracks every deadline, flags numbers that look wrong, sends a morning brief and prepares the tax paperwork. Nothing is sent without the owner’s yes.

Before

Leases, tenant charges, repairs, insurance and taxes, spread across three email inboxes and a folder of PDFs. Every tax season meant days of digging.

What we found

The information already existed. It just was not connected, and the owner was the only index.

What is different now

A question like “what did we spend on repairs this year” gets an answer and the documents behind it, in one message.

Case 03Residential real estate · Solo agent · United States

The agent whose business lived in spreadsheets and memory.

What we built

One intelligent control center. Every person and family merged into one record and placed on a timeline of when they are likely to move. Each morning it plans the day and drafts follow-ups in the agent’s voice, with one hard rule: anyone who replies hears from a person, never a machine. Built around the CRM the agent already paid for.

Before

Open-house sign-ins in one sheet, past clients in another, leads in the CRM, follow-ups in memory. Good leads went cold, not because nobody cared, but because nobody could remember them all.

scroll, or drag the line
What we found

The business was sitting on years of people who had met the agent once and never heard back. Nobody had ever asked who was likely to move next.

What is different now

Every lead lives in one place. The day starts with a plan, not a memory test.

Case 04Education · Exam coaching company · India

The support desk that was not slow where everyone thought.

What we built

A system that sorts every incoming question by type and urgency, then drafts a reply from the company’s own past answers and knowledge. Every draft is checked by a person before it goes out. Before any of it touched a real student, we tested it against the hardest questions we could find.

Before

A support team answered students across email and chat. Replies were slow, and everyone was sure why: other teams took too long to hand over answers.

What we found

We copied a full year of support tickets into one place and sorted every one of them. Most of the slow time was not other teams. It was messages sitting unanswered.

What is different now

The team can see where the delay actually sits, and has a draft waiting for every message instead of a blank box.

Case 05Growing company · Employee share plan

The share plan nobody fully trusted.

What we built

We audited the spreadsheet line by line and flagged every problem instead of silently fixing it. Then we built one place for the whole plan: who owns what, what vests when, what is due for compliance, what happens when someone leaves. Founders can model the next funding round before the meeting, and every employee gets a statement they can read.

Before

The employee share plan lived in a spreadsheet. Grants, vesting dates, valuations and people who had left, all in tabs only one person really understood.

What we found

The sheet had quiet inconsistencies nobody had caught, because nothing was checking.

What is different now

One source of truth for the plan, with every open question listed instead of buried.

Case 06Counselling practice · India

The practice that ran on messages.

What we built

One booking link anyone can use without an account, including family bookings, that checks the calendar and handles time zones. Client records, sessions, notes and payments in one place, with bank payments matched automatically and reminders sent on their own. A short check-in clients can use before a session, with a safety check that runs before any AI responds.

Before

Bookings came in through messages. Notes lived in different places. Payments were checked against the bank statement by hand, and reminders depended on remembering to send them.

What we found

The practitioner was spending real hours on admin that had nothing to do with clients, and clients had no simple way to book.

What is different now

Admin runs in the background, and sessions can start where the client actually is.

Case 07Consulting and build studio · ARMONNIX

Our own business.

What we built

One system where sales and delivery run on the same records. Every call recorded and filed against the right person. A ranked list each morning of who is waiting on us, what is overdue and which conversation went quiet. Meetings booked from our website land straight in the record.

Before

Sales lived in one place, delivery in another, call notes in a third. Every morning started by reconstructing who was waiting on us.

What we found

The same thing we find in most businesses we audit: the work was fine, the connections between the work were missing.

What is different now

We run ARMONNIX on the same kind of system we build for you. We would not ask you to trust something we do not use ourselves.
